Kevin O’Farrell has significant experience in providing an Adoption and Fostering Services both as a Social Worker and Service Manager in the UK. In Ireland he had the responsibility for this service both as a Child Care Manager and Area Manager .
Kevin was also a Guardian ad Litem in the UK and also managed a Guardian ad Litem project providing services in the North West of England.
ofarrellsafeguarding is therefore in a position to provide a Second Opinion Service in respect of the following;
Fostering and/or Adoption assessments where there may be conflict between the assessor and the assessed.
Where services and families are in conflict as to the way forward in respect of planning for their vulnerable child/adult.
