O’Farrell Safeguarding is what is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We take your privacy seriously and will only use personal information about you to enable the provision of the services requested from us and any necessary follow up actions.

This can include information such as your name and address, contact details, your date of birth, details of your family/carers plus further details on specific medical and relevant health-care details and history necessary to allow us to provide the services requested.

If you wish to see what information we hold on you, simply contact us either by post or email and we will endeavour to respond to you within one month of receipt of your request.
