ofarrellsafeguarding offers an independent review function in the following areas;
Critical/Serious Incidents involving vulnerable children and/or vulnerable adults.
Where a look-back process is required, in respect of, particularly, historical Protection/Safeguarding concerns.
Where there has been a possible systems failure in the Protection and/or Safeguarding Process.
N.B. In all of these examples a final report will be submitted by ofarrellsafeguarding with recommendations and other actions as per the agreed Terms of Reference.
